These terms and conditions apply to the use of the CyclingParadise.com website and by accessing the Website and/or placing an order means you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Definitions “Personal Information” means the details you provide about yourself “Product” means an item or service displayed for sale on the Website “Product Description” means that part of the Website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided “Terms” means these terms and conditions “Users” means the users of the Website collectively “We/Us” means Paradise Partners, trading as CyclingParadise.com “Website” means the website located at www.CyclingParadise.com “You” means a user of this Website
Shopping with CyclingParadise.com You can only order Products from CyclingParadise.com online via this Website.
When you place an order for a Product on the Website this constitutes an offer by you to buy the Product for the price stated, subject to these Terms. As every good contract lawyer knows, an offer is not a contract until it is accepted!
When you place an order our system should send you an email to confirm that we have received it (“the Confirmation Email”). This Confirmation Email is sent automatically by our system so that you know your Order has not just disappeared into a void! Just because you receive the Confirmation Email does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfil your order. After the system has sent you the Confirmation Email humans will then check stock availability and send you another email when the order has been despatched. Assuming the Product is in stock and the details of your order are correct, this email will be deemed the acceptance of your offer to purchase (as mentioned above!), will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products and delivery method you ordered. If the Product is not available we will let you know by email.
We may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Price The price for each Product is shown on the Website. Obviously we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are correct but mistakes happen. If we find a pricing error in the Products you ordered we will try to let you know as soon as possible using the contact details you have given us. Then we’ll give you the choice of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we can’t reach you we will treat the order as cancelled and any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
Delivery costs should be displayed before you submit your payment details, and are based on the delivery address you provide. It is our policy to offer FREE delivery within the UK, but you can choose to pay for delivery if you want something faster than regular delivery times. In order to give the FREE postage option to everyone, we have to operate a minimum purchase requirement. Currently this is £25. We don’t think you should have a problem with finding enough products at least to line the bottom of your pannier!
All our prices are in UK pounds (GBP). If you are outside the UK your credit card company should convert the amount charged to your local currency at its current rate. You may use the link to a "currency converter" to estimate the price in your currency. Please be aware that the "currency converter" is only to be used as a guide and may not accurately reflect current exchange rates. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds and CyclingParadise.com is not responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations – we are not a hedge fund.
Non-EU customers will be responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. We do not know and cannot advise you what these costs will be, so please consult your local customs office to find out.
Payment You must pay for your order before it is despatched. Our system uses PayPal (of which we are sure you have heard).
Points and Vouchers Paradise Points and Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online at CyclingParadise.com, within 1 year of purchase and cannot be used for Orders already placed. If the value of the Order exceeds the value of the CyclingParadise.com gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card. Unused balances will be held within the recipient’s voucher for the same period. Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.0001p.
Product Availability We try to keep CyclingParadise.com current but cannot guarantee that every Product will always be available. If we can't supply something you will not be charged for it – obvious really!
If there is a special promotion, then such offers are available only while stocks last. If we can’t supply a Product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order and if this happens, you are at liberty to cancel your order.
Delivery We deliver to destinations inside and outside the UK.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes and we have dealt with this above. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and CyclingParadise.com is not responsible for them. Where we are required by law to complete a Customs Declaration on a parcel, we will do so with 100% accuracy. Please do not ask us to specify anything less than the true value and nature of the contents on a Customs Declaration. This is illegal and naughty and we will always refuse such requests.
We offer a range of delivery services. Standard Delivery within the UK is FREE on all goods. Standard Delivery can take 3 to 5 working days from date of despatch of goods. If you want a faster delivery then there is a range of chargeable options available, the choice of which will be offered to you before you finalise your order.
We will try to deliver within the time stated on this Website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Your order has to be despatched, and there is a cut-off time for us to get your stuff to the post, so if you want next day delivery, you must order by 12:30 p.m. (i.e. lunch time).
If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order. This is in addition to your Statutory Rights.
Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-4 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days (within the UK) and 6 weeks (outside the UK) can be officially classified as lost. Yes, we do know that we could probably crawl to wherever you are more quickly than that, but these are Royal Mail's rules and we have no option but to comply with them.
Please order from us with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be responsible for this. So don't order something the day before your friend's birthday, or just before leaving for the Etape.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
Copyright and Trade Marks CyclingParadise.com expressly does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product nor the right to copy them. The copyright in CyclingParadise.com and the content of all the software, website and pages relating to the CyclingParadise.com web site is owned by, or licensed to CyclingParadise.com unless otherwise specified and may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent – that means in writing signed by us. We have very good lawyers who are used to dealing with intellectual property theft! Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of CyclingParadise.com, all photographs on it and its marketing materials. You may use CyclingParadise.com for private and personal non-commercial use only - i.e. to view, copy and print portions of CyclingParadise.com for the sole purpose of placing Orders. The materials on CyclingParadise.com may not be used for any other purpose. CyclingParadise, CyclingParadise.com and our logos are trade names or trade marks of Paradise Partners and may not be used by anyone else without our express permission – that means written permission from us!.
Privacy and Data Policy At CyclingParadise.com we think protecting your privacy is important and therefore we promise only to use information collected about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy (click here). CyclingParadise.com is registered with the Information Commissioner in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Returns As you chose what you ordered, we believe that you will be delighted with it. We understand that there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item, and therefore we hope to keep the returns process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. Do please note that returns will not be accepted in person at our office address. Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including food/nutritional/perishable items, shorts, underwear and personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Unwanted Products We want you to be satisfied every time you place an Order with CyclingParadise.com. In the event you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you have simply changed your mind please return it to us within 30 days (with the despatch note) having taken reasonable care of it and making sure it is in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P). We will refund the credit card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
Faulty Products We try to select and pack Products as well as possible so that they arrive with you in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. With regard to with items you have had for longer than 30 days since you bought them, please email us for more information. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

We allocate a Returns Code which must be included with the package to improve processing of your return. We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
Unwanted Products - European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) It is the law that consumers buying online in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order under the DSRs we ask that you please contact our Customer Service team quoting your name and order number: • by email at info@CyclingParadise.com; or • by telephone on 084 484 66 106; or • by post to our Customer Returns address We will then arrange for you to be refunded accordingly.
In the event you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows: • where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund any specific delivery charges that you incurred for that item over and above our Standard Delivery rate • where you are returning your entire order, we will refund the Standard Delivery charge incurred • where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase (e.g. Express Delivery) UNLESS you are returning the item to us because of an error on our part (or because it is defective) under our 30-day money-back policy above.
Unwanted Products - Custom-made and other Exempt Products Due to the nature of Custom-made items, nutritional products and certain other products such as underwear and shorts, we do not offer our standard 30 Day Money Back Policy on these items, and due to their nature they are not subject to the right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations. In addition, certain other products are also exempt from our 30-day Money Back Policy above; these products will be marked on their respective product pages. In the case of these items, the returns period is limited to seven working days following the day of receipt as per the right to cancel under the DSRs above and you will be responsible for the cost of return. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
CyclingParadise.com Responsibilities We have tried to make the descriptions (including all pictures) of the Products as accurate as possible but you should check the dimensions stated on the Website or contact us for exact sizes. Please check the delivered Products as soon as possible on receipt as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction. We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care but do not give any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of any other person's services. Because of the nature of the internet we provide and maintain the Website on an "as is", "as available" basis and makes no promise that use of the Website will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services. Our Website may contain links to other websites which are not under our control and are not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites. Except as provided above we give no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. You will be responsible for any breach of these terms by you and if you use CyclingParadise.com in breach of these terms you will be liable to and will reimburse us for any loss or damage caused as a result. These terms above shall not limit any rights you might have as a consumer that may not be excluded under applicable law nor shall they exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence nor any fraudulent representation. We will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond our reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God. Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your Products carefully. We are not involved in the manufacture of Products and will not advise on their use or operation or the manufacturer's guidelines. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. These terms do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer which are available to you. Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to us and we shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to: • any incorrect or inaccurate information on the Website; • any interruptions to or delays in updating the Website; • the infringement by any person of any intellectual property rights of any third party caused by their use of the Website or any Product purchased through the Website; • any loss or damage resulting from your use or the inability to use the Website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control; • any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong; • any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user's computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading the Website, or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from CyclingParadise.com or its licensees and affiliates; • the availability, quality, content or nature of the other sites on the internet that are owned and operated by third parties ("External Sites") to which the Website links and web sites located on or through any External Site nor for any transactions involving External Sites (including as to 'cookies', personal data, confidential information, or purchases of domain names or other services). General We may change or withdraw any part of the Website, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary. We may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of the Website upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever. Termination shall be without prejudice to our other rights. We act as principal on our own account and not as agent for you or any other person. If we do not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver. In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at our option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed. Since we are principally aiming the Website at the UK and EU market, we cannot guarantee that it accords with local laws of any other countries (though we will try to make sure it does). Use of the Website and these terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
